Sikum is a private, on-device Hebrew voice and text app. It can turn recordings into transcripts and turn pasted text or imported documents into spoken audio. Sikum does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise process your personal data on the developer's servers. The app has no developer-operated servers, accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, telemetry, cloud-transcription service, or cloud text-to-speech service.
Your recordings, imported audio, transcripts, imported documents, pasted text, generated speech audio, speaker labels, titles, tags, and app settings are processed and stored locally on your device.
Sikum does not collect:
Sikum does not require an account and does not contain advertising or third-party tracking technologies.
Speech transcription, optional speaker identification, pronunciation preparation, and text-to-speech generation are performed locally on your device using models bundled with the app. Audio, transcript, document, pasted-text, and generated-speech content are not sent to the developer or to a remote AI provider.
Sikum includes the BlueTTS and ReNikudPlus models for local speech generation and pronunciation preparation. These models are bundled with the app and do not contact their authors or model hosts while processing your content.
The app may use Apple system frameworks to access hardware and device features. This does not cause Sikum to send your recordings or transcripts to the developer.
Sikum may request the following permissions only when needed for features you choose to use:
You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may disable the related feature but does not otherwise affect your privacy.
Recordings, transcripts, imported documents, pasted text, generated speech audio, and related information remain in the app's local storage on your device. They remain there until you delete individual items or remove the app. Deleting a transcription removes its locally stored recording and transcript. Deleting a narration removes its imported source, prepared text, generated audio, and recoverable processing checkpoints from the app's local storage.
Your operating system may include app data in a device backup according to your Apple and device-backup settings. Sikum does not control or receive those backups.
Sikum lets you export or share transcripts, PDFs, text files, recordings, and generated speech audio. Nothing is shared automatically. Data leaves the app only when you deliberately choose an export or sharing action. Any destination you select—such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or another app—is governed by that destination's privacy practices.
Sikum includes software libraries and machine-learning models that run inside the app on your device. They are not used to send app data to third-party servers. Sikum does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud transcription.
Sikum is sold as a one-time paid App Store download. Apple processes the purchase. The developer does not receive your payment-card information. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Sikum does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Because no account or developer-operated service exists, the app does not ask children to submit personal information to the developer.
Keeping data on the device reduces exposure to remote services. You are responsible for securing your device with appropriate protections such as a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and current operating-system updates.
Because Sikum does not collect or retain your personal data on developer-controlled systems, the developer has no personal-data profile to access, correct, export, or delete. You control app data directly on your device and may delete recordings, transcripts, or the app at any time.
This policy may be updated if Sikum's functionality or legal obligations change. A revised policy will include an updated effective date. If a future version introduces data collection, the policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that collection begins.

Sikum היא אפליקציה פרטית לקול ולטקסט בעברית, הפועלת במכשיר בלבד. היא יכולה להפוך הקלטות לתמלולים ולהפוך טקסט מודבק או מסמכים מיובאים לשמע מוקרא. Sikum אינה אוספת, מעבירה, מוכרת, משכירה או משתפת מידע אישי עם שרתים של המפתח. לאפליקציה אין שרתים המופעלים על ידי המפתח, חשבונות משתמש, פרסומות, כלי אנליטיקה, מעקב, טלמטריה, שירות תמלול בענן או שירות הקראה בענן.
הקלטות, קובצי שמע מיובאים, תמלולים, מסמכים מיובאים, טקסט מודבק, שמע מוקרא שנוצר, תוויות דוברים, כותרות, תגיות והגדרות מעובדים ונשמרים באופן מקומי במכשיר בלבד.
Sikum אינה אוספת:
האפליקציה אינה דורשת חשבון ואינה כוללת פרסומות או טכנולוגיות מעקב של צד שלישי.
התמלול, זיהוי הדוברים האופציונלי, הכנת ההגייה ויצירת השמע המוקרא מתבצעים באופן מקומי במכשיר באמצעות מודלים הכלולים באפליקציה. תוכן השמע, התמלולים, המסמכים, הטקסט המודבק והשמע שנוצר אינם נשלחים למפתח או לספק AI מרוחק.

Sikum נמכרת כהורדה בתשלום חד-פעמי דרך ה-App Store. Apple מעבדת את הרכישה. המפתח אינו מקבל את פרטי כרטיס התשלום. הטיפול של Apple בפרטי הרכישה כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של Apple.
Sikum אינה אוספת ביודעין מידע אישי מאף אדם, לרבות ילדים. מאחר שאין חשבון או שירות המופעל על ידי המפתח, האפליקציה אינה מבקשת מילדים למסור מידע אישי למפתח.

מכיוון ש-Sikum אינה אוספת או שומרת מידע אישי במערכות שבשליטת המפתח, אין למפתח פרופיל מידע אישי שניתן לעיין בו, לתקן, לייצא או למחוק. השליטה בנתוני האפליקציה נמצאת בידי המשתמש במכשיר, וניתן למחוק הקלטות, תמלולים או את האפליקציה בכל עת.
מדיניות זו עשויה להתעדכן אם תכונות Sikum או החובות המשפטיות ישתנו. מדיניות מעודכנת תכלול תאריך תחילה חדש. אם גרסה עתידית תתחיל לאסוף מידע, המדיניות והצהרת הפרטיות ב-App Store יעודכנו לפני תחילת האיסוף.
